Stowe Historical Society is a 501(c) 3 volunteer organization.

Several volunteers have been with the Society for many years, others have arrived recently. All members are passionate and some work constantly on projects: others participate in one project, others work quietly in the background, sorting bulging files, transcribing journals or minutes, clipping articles and obituaries.

If your interest is in graphics, we need a design coordinator; if you enjoy the internet and digital media we have a place for you to spend a few hours with us; if photography is a passion, we have a substantial collection that needs tender loving care and updating.

Most of our projects take as little or as much time as you might want to share.
